For those lucky ones who have there holibobs all booked and in marked in the calender, it is time to start planning your outfits for the beach and for those nights out for dinner.
Now there are some holiday essentials that you can’t do without and we are here to help you not forget them!!
For the Ladies a nice long floaty maxi dress or just a loose fitting dress is perfect for the hot climate; it will keep you nice and cool through the evenings and they are quick and easy to pop on over a bikini during the day.
A large tote bag is essential for all your bits and bobs for the beach. You want it to be big enough to fit your sun cream, holiday book, Ipod, sunglasses, towel and snack for the beach. This bag from Matt & Nat is a perfect size and will still keep you looking stylish.
A pair of nice sandals for the evening are a must, no one wants to be tottering around in plastic stilletos, instead opt for the comfy yet stylish wedge, UGG Australia have a great collection available here and they are SUPER comfy; you won’t want to take them off your feet!

Sunglasses are an obvious item that you should be slipping into your suitcase. But enough of those cheap plastic ones that nearly break every time you put them into your case and they seem to be wonky on your face but you daren’t try to shape them back into place… its time to dig deep into your pockets and invest in a designer pair that will last you a life time. Opting to spend that little bit more on a decent pair of sunnies is definitely worth it as they are properly designed to protect your eyes from UV rays. Buy a classic style such as the Ray Ban Aviators or Wayfarers so that they never go out of style.
A T-shirt tan isn’t the most attractive thing in the world…let your arms see some sun and take some vests for during the day.
No one likes to see men in speedos and unless you are a professional swimmer or the pool at the hotel has a speedo only policy please put on some swim shorts! We have a great selection in an array of colours from brands such as Armani and Lyle and Scott.

A light summer scarf is ideal to keep you warm in the cool summer nights when out and about. Use it as a scarf or open it up and wrap it round like a shawl for a more formal look.
Flip flops are great to slip on for the beach. Choose a classic pair from a well known brand such as Havaianas which cater for both men, women and juniors. A well made pair won’t leave you hobbling around with several blisters on your feet and they won’t get damaged by water or sand. PERFECT!
A bikini is again an obvious must for your holiday, if you are a little unsure about baring so much flesh there is a great choice of tank-inis and stylish swimming suits that are now available; the choice is endless. My only advice is to make sure whatever you opt for is that is fits you well; you don’t want to be showing off anything you don’t want people to see in a too small bikini and you don’t want one that is too big and lets you down when you dive into the swimming pool…

A nice towel to wrap up in after a swim in the pool should be the number one thing that goes into your bag. But for the beach my tip is to take a sarong, they are light weight so will fit nicely into your beach bag, they dry off quickkly in the warmth of the sun and also they don’t hold onto the sand so you can easily shake them off at the end of the day and don’t have to worry about taking half the beach back with you!

This key spring colour trend is an easy trend to adapt straight off the catwalk.
Accessorize your outfit with simple and discreet jewelry and a neutral clutch.
With such a wide choice of stylish Junior brands under the Accent Clothing umbrella, we decided to get a helping hand from one of our shop floor supervisors, Alison, to put some funky outfits together for both boys and girls.
The first outfit is perfect for a baby girl on a hot sunny day in England (if we ever get one) or for a beach holiday. This Ralph Lauren Layette Gift Set includes a romper with gorgeous multi-coloured strap detailing at the back, with a matching teddy bear and sun hat featuring a small Ralph Lauren logo. Presented in a lovely gift box, this item would also be a perfect present!
Pastels colours are completely on trend this season, this outfit shows perfectly how well they work together. The classic Ralph Lauren Pima V-neck jumper in lemon (£69.99) looks great over the pink long-sleeved Oxford shirt (54.99), with the cuffs turned back to show off the green detailing. The belted stretch chinos and Melissa Ultra Girl Sandals finish off this effortless spring/summer look.
Layer up with this fab outfit with a mixture of Fred Perry, Ralph Lauren and Flossy. To begin with is the Laurel Print T-shirt that can be worn underneath the (un – buttoned) Madras checked shirt which is available in our Leeds store at £49.99. Team this look with Ralph Lauren Chino Red also available in store for £49.99 and Sky Blue Havaianas. To complete the ensemble is the Hooded Lightweight Parka…get the look!
Look cool with this final boys look. Each piece taken from the Hugo Boss Junior range, Alison teamed the Sheild Logo Polo with the Denim jeans, Zip up hoody, Velcro high tops and the Logo Contrast Cap for the final touch.
What do you think to these looks? Would you buy any of these pieces for your youngsters?
Steal the trends this Spring and delve into the black and white colour palette.
This key look will never go out of fashion and will see you through season after season.
